Advans Ghana recognized for its efforts in responding to the Covid-19 crisis

During an official ceremony in Accra on 11 October, Advans Ghana received the award of the Most Promising corporate response to Covid-19 at the 2021 HR Focus Awards. This ceremony is a reputable event in Ghana to celebrate best achievements in HR.

The award acknowledges the great work done by the subsidiary’s teams to address in the best possible manner the unprecedented situation in 2020 and in recognition of “great efforts as an organization to respond adequately to the pandemic, ensuring the well-being of employees, customers, and communities”. Close cooperation with other subsidiaries from the network enhanced the exchange of best practices and allowed the MFI to remain innovative and agile in its way of operating, ensuring that it continued to provide the best service possible to clients.
