Advans staff discover the network’s latest innovations
Advans held its biannual Staff meeting on 10 July. Senior management from subsidiaries as well as staff from the Group’s headquarters in Paris attended the event. The get-together was rich in exchanges of best practices and sharing experience from the Group’s different subsidiaries.
The meeting kicked off with a world café session that focused on the latest digital developments in three of our subsidiaries: Amret, Advans Nigeria and Advans Myanmar. Each one presented a live version of a local digital solution piloted in the past months or to be piloted soon.
Obinna Ukachukwu, Advans Nigeria’s DCEO, demonstrated the institution’s mobile application launched in May. Advans Mobile was developed to better serve the evolving needs of our clients while proposing a new means of interacting with traditional channels such as branches and field tellers. Estelle Darie-Rousseaux, Board member at Amret and Jana Kadian, CEO of Advans Myanmar also presented upcoming innovations in their respective affiliates. The Group’s latest innovations show how at Advans we combine both use of digital technologies and human touch in enhancing our hybrid approach to customer service. Staff were able to watch hands on demos of key functionalities and ask each presenter any questions before moving to the next stand.
The second part of the meeting followed with a general presentation of the Group’s successes in the past six months by Advans’ DCEO, Grégoire Danel-Fedou, and an overview of our strategy and key objectives for the second half of the year given by the Group’s CEO, Steven Duchatelle.
The event concluded with a cocktail giving staff the opportunity to meet in an informal context.
